The center was very clean, modern, welcoming and professional. Nicole greeted me with a smile and was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I knew from the moment I walked through the door that I had picked the right place to help me with my cat’s dental issues. I loved the room that Nicole escorted Leo and I to. It was set up like a living room with a sofa, chairs and tables and was very welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised that this was the same room where Dr. Wood met with us for Leo’s exam and consultation. The relaxed, non-medical setting made my cat and myself feel very comfortable and less anxious.

Dr. Wood was wonderful. She was very patient and answered all of my questions (I had a lot of them) without making me feel that they were unimportant or that she was rushed. She took the right amount of time that I needed to fully explain the proposed treatment plan and made me feel very comfortable with leaving Leo under her surgical care. I was extremely impressed with all of the communication. I received a text message when Leo went under anesthesia and then a live phone call from Dr. Wood during the procedure to explain her findings and then another live phone call from Dr. Wood during Leo’s recovery. I asked many more questions when Dr. Wood called during and after Leo’s surgery and once again she answered each question in great detail and did not rush me off of the phone. I could not have asked for a better experience than what I had with Dr. Wood. She is super intelligent, friendly, caring and has great bedside manner! Nicole explained in great detail everything that I needed to know for Leo’s follow up care. She was very informed on Leo’s case and had all of his meds and paperwork readily available so I could check out quickly. She was very professional, friendly and super helpful.
